With her passion for quiet luxury and customer experience, Aneesha has her ears tuned to the gentle humming of the company. Dividing her time between marketing, strategy and business development, Aneesha is responsible for steering the company in the right direction as it grows in size and age.
Aneesha grew up in a family that relished great food, cooking, get-togethers, travel and hospitality. Thanks to her parents' business, she spent much of her childhood eating, entertaining, visiting near and far-off places, and sowing the seeds for her future passion for food, drink, and a budding career in the hospitality industry.
Aneesha is inspired by the great metropolitan cities of the world, especially New York City, for the creative energy provided by the ever changing and diverse population, which generates great new ideas and fuels the drive to make a better world.
Fariz Zain Zahedi

For Fariz, the art of conversation comprises more than just a friendly chat. He’s found that stepping back can prove equally helpful in learning about people – a skill that proves invaluable in his role for ensuring continuous improvement in quality of service, operational and financial effectiveness, as well as employee retention.
Having spent several years as a corporate consultant in the food and beverage industry, Fariz’s decision to fully immerse himself in the industry was a natural one. At The Bowery Group, Fariz and his well experienced team attempt to offer a much-needed interpretation of American dining with a gourmet and fine casual twist.
Fariz is constantly inspired by travel. The opportunity to learn how people from other cultures live, eat, relate to one other, and express themselves fuels his imagination unimaginably.
Ahmad Farhan Noorzali
"If it's brown, it's done. If it's black, you're done."
With his commitment to excellence and collaborative spirit as head of The Bowery Group’s culinary team, Farhan brings to the table food that is rich with the perfect blend of innovation, good execution and a passionate love for the culinary arts.
Farhan began his career as an apprentice at Le Meridien before quickly climbing up the ranks to serve as executive sous chef at The Chateau Spa & Organic Wellness Resort.
Farhan appreciates the importance of making time for meals to be a special occasion. His precision, palate and panache are the heart and soul of the delectable food The Bowery Group is renowned for.
Mentor to many, he himself is inspired by great teachers; people who have the gift of sharing knowledge and inspiring others to learn and reach their highest potential.
Shane Sta Maria
"I want my toes in the sand and a cocktail in hand."
By virtue of his talent for taking care of people, Shane is the very personification of the gracious host. Youthful good looks and impeccably elegant style are merely the external trappings of a young man imbued with professionalism and polish beyond his years, not to mention a rigor that makes him the master of countless details.
As operations manager, Shane works tirelessly to continuously improve operations and to ensure every guest experience is representative of the high level of service for which The Bowery Group is known.
Shane began his career as a bartender in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur’s pre opening team before he turned his sights on the dining room, quickly rising to become a manager on the service team.
His greatest pleasures are arguably the simplest ones – the ongoing pursuit of knowledge as it relates to food, beverage, culture, and the overall enjoyment of life.
